2.2. You agree not to engage in any prohibited conduct, including but not limited to:
    a. Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
    b. Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
    c. Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships.
    d. Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
    e. Uploading, posting, or transmitting any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer     software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
    f. Content Confidentiality and Sharing Restrictions:All content shared on Fanflexed, including but not limited to photos, videos, messages, and any other material made available through a creator’s exclusive feed, is intended for private viewing by approved members only. By using Fanflexed, you agree to the following: 

    *  You may not screenshot, record, download, copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise share any content from the platform, whether publicly or privately, in any form or by any means, without prior written consent from the content creator and Fanflexed.

    *  This restriction applies to all content within the app, including subscriber-only content, direct messages, and pay-per-view material.

    *  Violation of this clause may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and may also expose you to legal action from the content creator and/or Fanflexed.Fanflexed takes the privacy and intellectual property rights of its users and creators seriously. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these terms.
2.3. You agree not to engage in any activity that could harm or interfere with Fanflexed or the servers and networks connected to Fanflexed.

*3. Content Policies

3.1. Fanflexed allows users to upload, post, and share content, including but not limited to images, videos, and text. However, you agree not to upload, post, or share any content that violates these terms and conditions or any applicable laws.

3.2. Fanflexed reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms and conditions or that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or harmful.

4.1. All content on Fanflexed, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Fanflexed or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
